  • This hotel is disgraceful and tasteless! We found bed bugs in our rooms and all they did was ask if we would like to switch rooms! They did reimburse us and was forced to make a public apology after i contacted corporate to get involved...we had to drag out 7 children at 1AM in 10 degree weather, luckily we lived in town and had somewhere to go.
