  • I just talked to one of the women that worked for customer service. She was very rude at laughing at the reason at why I am surrendering my pet. I do not think that this is a laughing matter. After I told her that I do not see what is funny about that situation, she said "mhmm, bye bye" and hung up. I will not surrender my pet for this location, I refuse to have been treated in such a disrespectful way, and I will be sure to let anyone else know that this is not the location to go!!!!
