I have been to many Bank of America locations and this by far has been the worse experience I've ever had with BofA. This is my second time coming into this branch and dealing with the current branch manager. Both times he has refused to help me and said that it would be an hour wait. The first visit I totally understood because it was Saturday and busy, but I was told that because it was close to closing that they couldn't help me. How rude! You're doors are still open and I was there 20mins prior to closing. So fast forward to now, as I'm sitting here in the lobby. I was told by the same branch manager once again that they aren't available to help me and can't help me for an hour. Please keep in mind there's only one other customer in the branch and she's being helped. So I asked the branch manager how come he couldn't assist me with a very simple transaction and that's to get a temporary debit card. He said he couldn't help me because he has to run the bank. What are you running? There's no one here and you're just standing here doing nothing. As I'm still sitting here waiting to be helped. It's been over 20mins and still I see no movement from this man. Bank of America you should be ashamed of this type of service especially to a customer of yours for over 8 years. I would hope that you offer better customer service training to your branch managers. If he doesn't want to help people maybe he should be in the back filing papers!
