  • The environment and overall look of the restaurant is great. I visited Z frequently since I work in an office building next to Fashion Square. The service started to go downhill about a year and a half ago. The overall quality and service is never consistent. One of the last times I was in the restaurant, a co-worker and I waited for 45 minutes for our food and it still was not out yet. Needless to say, we cancelled the order and went back to the office without any lunch. I did speak with the GM at this location who apologized and gave us a gift certificate. If you are looking for good service and quality, I recommend going elsewhere.
