My low score has nothing to do with the buying process, if you want me to tell you how enamored I am with the buying process and my salesman; please send me another survey. But I the car I bought had a check engine light come and I brought the car in now I remind you I have had the two weeks, and have not even picked the green slip as of yet. I brought the car in and was charged 136 dollars for an OBD2 test. which I remind you that this test is free at AutoZone. Sad right that you are ripping off your customers. The service manager would not come talk to me I called he has not called me back. Me just wanting to talk to your manager about having a check engine light that came on before the paper work was even finalized, I must have be crazy to think that you would have the integrity to do the right thing. This matter should have been taking care of, the integrity that your business presents, is non existent. Ohh by that way the check engine light was for a lose gas cap, not a faulty one that your service claims. I had it checked. so I paid your company 136 dollars to tighten my gas cap. Thank you guys for abusing your customers. Prior to this matter my wife and I had such a great time buying the car with your salesman we were about to come back and see if you have a Toyota Highlander for sale. We were not buying in the next 4 months, but because of our sales experience we were going to buy though Cadillac of Las Vegas, but now I will never buy a car from Cadillac of Las Vegas or from any of your sister companies.
