rev:text	My bestie got married at the Arcade just a few weeks ago. We spent 4 nights staying at the Hyatt, enjoying downtown Cleveland and all that the historic Arcade has to offer. We visited the salon/spa twice during this 4 day wedding weekend. The pros: super convenient location, on the 2nd floor of the hotel. It's a cute little spot with nice amenities, we got an entire back room lounge while the bridal party and bride got her hair done with mimosas and snacks. The cons: Price (not shocking since its so convenient). I don't mind paying more especially for my best friends wedding but I don't want to completely sacrifice quality. We did manicures and pedicures (mother of the bride set it up) and it was a total waste of money. thank god I had my nails done at home before coming into Cleveland because the pedicure here was bad. I did the mini spa pedicure (apparently 30 minutes). It included nail filing and painting and that's it. Literally- no scrubbing of feet, almost no massage. I left with fresh toe nail paint that I could have done myself. 20 minute experience and with tip, it was 40 bucks. I did it for the bride but my bank account was upset with me. Like I said, wouldn't mind paying if it had been some what worth the money! My wedding hair came out better than my pedicure. Thank goodness (pictures don't lie). I wish I could remember the gal's name who did my hair. She was super sweet and took her time, which I appreciated. Wasn't exactly what I wanted but it was better than I could have done myself. It was $60. Side note: I didn't get my make up done but most of the bridal party did. Only 2 girls were happy with the way it turned out. It seems like they really only have 1 strong make up artist. The brides aunt ended up completely washing her face after and re-doing the make up herself. Make sure you look into who you are booking your appointment with before you confirm anything here! Overall, it was a 3 star experience for me. Most importantly, the bride loved her hair and make up and that's all that mattered!
