  • I will leave them 0 star if I could. I have to send clothes back three times to get it really cleaned. They charged you and did not clean at all, and this is not the first time it happens. The worst part is, they don't even bother to buy the tape for stain marking, like most dry cleaners do. They are out of tape and decide not to order it! The rude staff, Laura, used a huge staple right on my $200 silk blouse for the stain on the chest, and damaged the blouse when she pulled it out very roughly. She should staple it in the corner at the bottom of the clothes, instead of right on the spot. She totally lacks of knowledge in the service. After this happened, she apologized and have their tailor to fix the blouse and re-clean it, but could not save the blouse. She then started to lie that I told her to staple it right on my blouse. I will not recommend this dry cleaner at all!!!! Horrible service, bad attitude, dishonest staff.
