The shopping experience was fine, delivery was another story. We heard nothing from them the day before or the day of our scheduled delivery. When we called, they "had to check which delivery truck we were on" which made us suspect that we had been forgotten. They said that they would be out in a bit then proceeded to cancel an hour or two later. No apology. We were then rescheduled for the next week. This time we called to confirm and were informed that they were out of one of the plants that we had ordered. Funny because they told us that they were tagging the plants that we had chosen when we originally paid for them. Again they did not call to give us a time the day of so we had to call them. They arrived and the plant that they were supposed to be out of was on the truck. Other plants that we had paid for were not. They attempted to plant three other plants that we had ordered even though they were far smaller than what we had purchased, were without leaves and clearly in poor condition. We rejected them and were later told that they would have rejected them as well. Why did you try to pawn them off on us then? Another plant that we were assured would be hardy, we were told during delivery was not actually that hardy - great. The delivery process was not done with care, barely placed into the soil. We called Moon Valley and cancelled the balance of our undelivered order which was a significant part of the order. Again, no apologies, could care less. Certainly not worth the price or the expectation that you are purchasing a better quality plant.
