  • They pulled a fast one on me today. I must say I've experienced a totally different kind of service here in Nevada compared to California Honda dealership. Where I normally get my car serviced, they will provide me with a written estimate so I know exactly how much it's going to cost me. Here at Findlay, they don't do that. They will surprised you at the end when they give you the total cost and have no choice but to pay it. First, they'll offer a $9.95 to rotate your tire so you'll agree since it's too nominal, then they'll come back to ask you if you want to change your air filter for $39.95 so you'll say ok Then they'll come back and tell you that you're break need changing so you're thinking probably price is nominal since they won't tell you how much it's going to cost you nor it is written anywhere how much it cost. I asked why it is not written anywhere, the answer was because the price changes, what the heck? I hope this place will provide an honest cost WRITTEN estimate so people won't be fooled like I did. I will be taking my business someplace else.
