  • If I could give zero stars to this company I would. We arrived 50 minutes before the flight departed, and were told that we missed it. The rude woman behind the counter said this in a very condescending tone and then literally walked away. When I called to get a refund for the flight I was told that I should have called earlier as I was marked as a no show. Rude customer service in person and on the phone. After talking with a manager for 20 minutes regarding the situation, she continued to repeat the same things to me saying the 'system' wont allow her to refund me. I'm calling bullshit. I will continue to post reviews like this on every travel site possible to warn others not to deal with this SHIT company. One star is being nice.
