  • I usually go to Mai or Tracy, but recently I've been getting my nails done by Lina and continue to be disappointed. Today was the second time I've had a bad experience with her. As I was getting my nails shaped, I've told her that I didn't like the shape since it's uneven, but she continued to apply powder and told me she'll file it down. Since she didn't hear me out, I felt uncomfortable and didn't like how my nails are turning out.. I've also noticed that she didn't remove my cuticles or gave me cuticle oil at the end. I decided to get normal polish instead of gel because I didn't like the shape, and to my luck, I accidentally messed up the polish on my thumb and the staff didn't acknowledge to fix it for me. I was very disappointed.. So, I went to Miracle Nails down the street and they did what I originally wanted. Sad to say, I don't plan on returning to Diamond nails and give my business to Miracle Nails.
