I was extremely disappointed with the service I got from Sweet Mountain Air. It was the middle of summer and my AC gave in, my insurance selected this company to service me. Firstly the AC gave in on Sunday and I reported this Sunday evening. After 2 days I had not been contacted yet and I actually attempted to contact Sweet Mountain Air in desperation using the details left by my insurance company.
After multiple attempts to contact the company were met either by unmet promises to call back or an answering service promising prompt response, where I left messages, I was about to give up.
Eventually after much pushing David showed up on Thursday at 3pm and took a very brief look, the unit was iced up and he said he could do nothing until it thawed, turned it off and left.He promised to return later that same day.
On Friday I left messages and texted him to try and get an appointment set for him to return since he did not return the previous day.
I never did receive any response from David after this. I contacted a company over the weekend to come fix my AC (Dukes of Air) and they arrived the next day and did the job in 10 minutes. After it was fixed I sent a message to David to not bother coming back. I never did receive any response not apology. Who knows when he would have eventually showed up. It took 4 days for the first visit so I guess it would have been another week.
If you live in Arizona in summer where it reaches 120 degrees AC is what makes your home livable, and this is not the kind of service you can live with.
I can see from the other reviews that David seems to do a great job if he actually manages to arrive, but he seems to be a small setup who takes on more work than he can handle and gets overwhelmed so I suppose this will be a throw of a dice what you will get, just like the reviews show, 5-stars if he shows up and 1-star if he does not ...
