  • This may be by far some of the best customer service I have ever experienced with home services. Lars was super friendly. He had to work on repairing my lock while me and my girlfriend were eating dinner and he very easily became part of the conversation and was pleasant to have around. He worked on repairing my lock for a good amount of time even after he had already determined that the lock couldn't be picked due to the key being broken off in it was a much larger key than intended for the lock (it was in a big glass case I picked up from friend for free). After getting my OK to do the drilling he finished the job quickly and professionally and didnt charge me any more for the labor to drill the lock. He also took time to inform me on some security issues in my home and made some spare keys for my locks because my crappy Home Depot keys never worked properly without a good wrenching of the lock. His knew keys work like butter! I would recommend Lars and The Locke Shoppe to anyone and don't waste your time with places like Lowes and Home Depot for even cutting keys, they are never accurate and arent worth the headache. The Locke Shoppe has low pricing just like the big box giants on all your needs with a way better end result. Go to a real licensed professional like Lars and get quality work done that you can completely count on.
