  • Unfortunately, 0 Stars is not an option. My family and I used this company to fix our garage door when we had a home warranty a little over a year ago. My wife was here when the work was done and I was surprised that they simply reattached the door just above where it had broken off. I was concerned that the section of the garage door was weakened and the control arm would just pull free again. Well, it did. I called an spoke to this awful person - Maria. Who refused to acknowledge that their technician could have done substandard work when he came out...and even said that was a year ago...as if it were 35 years ago. I explained that I wasn't asking for them to do it for free, but if a technician came out and looked at the previous work, he would certainly see that the fee we paid to "fix" the door while under warranty was shoddy and at the very least they could discount the service call. She raised her voice with me in some strange commanding way, as though she was taking charge of the conversation and demanded they would have no such responsibility. I explained that I would leave this review of my experience. At least I kept my promise.
