  • Very nice an peaceful gym. Get in and get out easily. Older crowd so everyone is very nice. The staff is extremely nice and courteous. The kids day care is awesome. Love it! Everyone in there is so nice to the children and you can tell they love their job. Very pleased with the new manager. She is always so nice and kind to us. She knows our families names and we are so happy with her choice of music throughout the club. The previous crew always had old played out east coast angry rap playing. It was annoying. Now, there is a nice variety that plays and it makes the work out pleasant. Keep up the good work guys and tell the big head honcho's to buy a new washing machine and new dryer. This is a nice location and it should not be forgotten
