  • Maybe we ordered the right things. Maybe people are too harsh because it's Gordon Ramsey's restaurant so they hold it to an unobtainable level. Who knows?? Our server was very friendly and was able to get everything out in an hour on a Friday night. We let him know we had a show to catch and he put a rush on everything. Was very friendly as well. Apps we had the mini lobster rolls and the truffle chips. Lobster was very good. Chips were a waste of money. I'm sure my wife got them since a friend of hers got truffle popcorn at Hearthstone last week and they were awesome. I had read enough reviews to make me nervous of some items so I ordered a burger, my wife ordered the lamb burger and my buddy had salmon. The burger was excellent. My wife said her lamb burger was great. And, every bite was gone from my friends salmon so pretty sure he was happy. For dessert we had to try it. We ordered the "spotted dick", jokes and all. It was excellent. Described by the waiter as similar to bread pudding but steamed. It came out, and was a warm sugary bread pudding in a liquor cream sauce with ice cream. It was surprisingly good. All in all a very good meal. Good food, good service. Any complaints on price hasn't eaten on the strip. It was in line with anywhere else on the strip. At $80 a foot in rent and 10-25% of sales to boot going to landlord, what do you expect?
