Purchased a Dell Latitude E6430U laptop that Dell said had an i7 processor with 3.2 GHz speed. Laptop arrived and it really has a 2.0 GHz speed according the the computer. I call and am told that the 3.2 is the fastest it can go. Has anyone ever seen a manufacture put the fastest speeds you can overclock (and risk burning out the CPU) as the specs?
