  • This is a shout out to Jennifer (manager) for being a perfect example of a great employee. I had a problem. Within 10 minutes of my complaint she had it fixed. She did this with a genuine apology and, even more, never spoke a negative word about the situation or the cause of the situation. She was positive and effective and deserves a raise!
