  • Live in Verona and very excited to move. I loved living here and little things here and there bothered me but enough is enough. I put up with the small spiders and the occasional cockroach because I saw the reviews and knew there was no getting help with that but now I'm very upset. Notices go on apartments all the time to give them updates about what's going on in the complex but never once have I received a letter or notice if anything. All my neighbors I see papers tucked into their door but never in mine. So today I am sick with a fever and just want to take a bath and the water isn't working. I call and get told everyone was notified (which is course I wasn't) and they have no clue when it will be turned back on. I am sick and frustrated and have no answers and was not notified. This is where I live and I can't do dishes laundry shower, nothing. Obviously I understand to an extent but overall I'm just done.
