| - Every so often, we all frequent a business and leave saying to ourselves, "wow, no one cares here" This Jiffy Lube location on Durango near Warm Springs is awful. Employees are there for a check, management can't be bothered, and it appears that everyone hates their jobs. This Jiffy Lube is like a festering pimple needing to be popped to release its infected puss. I simply came in for an oil change, Josh the counter employee told me to have a seat, the wait will be about 45 minutes and he will get to me in a minute. Well he forgot about me, so I approached him and reminded him that I was waiting. He barked back "It's first come first served!" I told him that I was asked to take a seat by you and you have taken several customers who arrived after I did. Josh then said in a loud tone, "your wait is now an hour!" I asked to speak to a Manager, but one never came out. I told Josh that I would take my business elsewhere, he replied in a sarcastic manner' "have a good day" I asked for a business card, he said he had none followed by another sarcastic "have a good day" I asked for a Regional Managers number and he said he did not know it "have a good day". I went outside and spoke to Manager Edward who barked at me and said "your truck is next!" That's great if only I had brought down a truck. I asked for a number for corporate and he said he did not have one and the obligatory "have a good day" I told him that this level of service is unacceptable and I would write to corporate, his reply " go ahead, have a good day" I am not the only yelper who has complained about the sarcastic "have a good day" comment. I suggest to Josh and Edward, that if you can not find passion in your work, life is too short, find something else to do that warms your heart. Judging by all the poor customer service issues here, eventually they will clean house, so until then, I recommend you spend your hard earned money somewhere else. And to the Jiffy Lube on Durango near Warm Springs, have a good day.
