  • I recently booked a weekend stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel in downtown Cleveland. I was incredibly impressed with all aspects of my stay. The renovation of this historic government building into a hotel was so impressive. The rooms were clean and were extra large. The amenities in the rooms (and in the rest of the hotel) were first-rate. The complimentary cocktail hour and the complimentary morning breakfast were better than any I have had at hotels across the country. And the staff went "above and beyond" to enhance my visit. The hotel is located in a prime location in downtown Cleveland, an easy walk to theater district, the main restaurant areas and all business offices. The Drury is really an excellent facility! I plan to look for Drury facilities in other cities when I travel in hopes they all have the same degree of customer care.
