  • Horrible customer service online. Waiting over 4 months to fill one online order. My complaint is with on online order that I placed in November that I still am not estimated to receive until February. I have called twice and have been told there is nothing they can do. I have asked to speak with a supervisor twice and have been put right back to the main call number twice. I will NEVER order from pottery barn online again!
