the monitoring has been good, the cost ended up being about $22 a month instead of the 9.99 because i had to buy their cellular unit because of no hardline available. now 1 year into the contract, they (ILLEDGELY) have to upgrade the unit because it is no longer supported by AT&T. because their equipment is insufficient i will now be charged another $300 dollars bringing the cost to $30 a month which is basically what i was paying before ..... hmmmm, the service seems fine, but, not sure about these "necessary" upgrades at my expense, and the $9.99 was just a fantasy in my case ....
