  • I've made purchases in this store around 5-6 times and have always been very impressed by the selection and the service. The owners (their names are on the website) are usually the people manning the register and are completely accommodating. They even insist on carrying your purchases to your car! Once I had a question about a part of a pole system I bought there. I was willing to just let it go but the owner would not let it go until everything was perfect. It turned out it was a small manufacturing defect. I will continue to buy at this store and feel very certain that the owners want to provide complete satisfaction. They have unusual things that you will not find at a big box or grocery store. Beautiful bird feeders and even a drip system for bird baths that will be very helpful in our Arizona heat. A delightful store for serious bird fans.
