  • I used to have fish and chips regularly. The fish was excellent. I went last night and it was a total disappointment. Even though the breading was nice and crisp the inner flour was uncooked and presence of a lot of water. Reason for that water could have been over-treated fish or the frozen fish was not defrosted and wiped properly.
