To make a very long story short ( as it's now 11:28pm ) i made reservations online with Expedia for a bestie to enjoy the weekend with her sister. Expedia charged my credit card $608 and some change. I even received a two confirmation email. I purchased this fun filled weekend for a girlfriend of mine so I made sure when I spoke to Expedia that she would have no problems checking in without me there. Well well well what do you know.... she gets to the front desk and there are no reservations to be had. But the worst part of all, MAGGIE at the front desk ( short, blond, and tattoos on her fingers ) was the most unprofessional unkind and down right rude person any hotel should have working for them. Instead of trying to fix the problem she became the problem! I cannot believe this hotel ( let alone any hotel ) would employ someone like this. She is to be the "face" that people see when they check into a hotel, a friendly face, a person were one wants to return. Honestly, she isn't a benefit to the hotel, frankly she down right sucks! The management really needs to think twice about who they place at their front desk. So disappointing - I called and had a conversation with the manager at the time, whom was completely understanding and agreed. Helped out for the night, yet tomorrow I still have to deal with this hotel all over again.
Ps - the reply below from CC is automated and has nothing to do with what I posted! What a joke!!! Nice try CC ---- UPDATE- they changed their reply.
