  • This company does not deserve a star. I am with a property management company, it is very unfortunate that this company was assigned to service one of our rental homes. One of the TWO unprofessional girls that work in the office are rude, unable to handle a problem (a simple problem), lack in customer service and lack in communication. All I had asked them to do is to return our phone calls after trying to reach the plumber for several days and I was hung up on. After reaching the company back again, I spoke to someone else who had no clue what was going on and had to put me on hold to communicate with the other girl who was rude and unable to help. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO OUR HOME OWNERS!!! I have put this company on the "don't use" list when ever we call the home warranty.
