On January 13, 2012, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist order to Primary Residential Management, LLC, directing that the company immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity, as defined by A.R.S. 32-2101 et seq., in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first complying with all applicable laws and rules. The order can be viewed through the Department's website at http://services.azre.gov/publicdatabase/DetailOrder.aspx?Id=6477 .
Additionally, on January 13, 2012, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order of Summary Suspension against broker's license BR009310000 held by Kevin Neal Ross. At the time of the summary suspension, Ross was employed as the Designated Broker for Primary Residential Management, LLC. The order can be viewed through the Department's website at http://services.azre.gov/publicdatabase/DetailOrder.aspx?Id=6476 .
