  • My son had a severe ear infection a few weeks back, super high fever and vomiting - the doctor that was on staff was SUPER awesome! He cared, he could relate having kids of his own, he had my lil man smiling and the doctor was just super cool! Got me what I needed to help him feel better! The front desk staff? Helped me with their program because I had just lost my insurance. Everyone was super caring and attentive! Nothing like the comments I've seen on here. Urgent care is a first come, first serve basis. If you aren't seen for a while? Someone else before you needed more care and time. The staff here takes the time to meet your individual needs and they don't rush you out. That is true care and if you can't wait? Then go to the ER where you're going to wait longer and where your care may not be important. I am using this place again because my son is saying his ear hurt again! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants the best level of care from a caring staff.
