  • Thoroughly annoyed with my third experience at this place. I had returned to this place twice for a refill and everything was fine. But the third time they had assigned a trainee to my refill. I had requested that a regular staff do it, but they said she needed experience. So I went with it. It started off okay, but as she got closer to the bottom of the acrylic nail I had on, she started filing my natural nail. So naturally I jumped. And she moved on to the next nail. Now that I have somewhat been able to file off the gel polish (two weeks after), there is a hole in the middle of my finger from her filing. My other nails are red where the base of the acrylics would have been because of her heavy filing. My other hand is fine tho because they finally switched her out after I complained so much. Will not be returning because this was really poor service.
