  • The compressor in our outside refrigerator broke. It also happens to be a commercial refrigerator so of course finding somebody to fix it and finding somebody that would have the part was difficult. I contacted Rebel and they were able to get somebody to the house quickly. Dan was AWESOME! He was able to look and see if the part was under warranty (which it was YEAH!) and order it. I worked with Chris in the office to get the work order processed, the part ordered, and everything paid. The process was EASY! He was able to locate the part locally and Dan was out within a few days to fix the fridge! After a few days, they even sent Dan back just to double check that everything was in working condition. Great company, friendly and professional staff, we will be using them from now on!
