  • We're steak lovers and after reading all the great reviews, my girlfriend and I wanted to try the Golden Steer so we dined here last night for my birthday. My girlfriend had Caesar's Salad (tell them if you don't want anchovy paste in your salad) and I had the French onion soup -- both were excellent. For dinner, we shared the 16 oz. NY Strip and lobster tail combination with a HUGE baked potato. For dessert, the waiters put a sparkler candle in our tiramisu and sang happy birthday at our table! (We made reservations on opentable.com and indicated a birthday celebration.) All the food was incredibly good and the wait staff was very attentive and friendly! We enjoyed dining here very much and will be back!
