  • Once you put your money into one of their accounts, and I call them THEIR accounts, because that's what they are. I've had thousands in overdraft fees with this bank, I've had echecks for rent not go through when I had plenty of money in THEIR account. I've been out with friends with plenty of money and when the checks due, of course my card won't work. It's a nightmare banking here. Expect to pay a lot of fees and have a lot of embarrassment banking with these guys. What a joke. Oh yeah, I forgot to add that their website is a piece of garbage too. They'll send you passwords after the one you've always used won't work for whatever stupid reason and the new password won't work either. So a long 30 minute waiting calling their number for help to get back into your account. I use other banks and have no problems ever. Just this place. It's a joke.
