  • Matt and his team are the best! My wife and I just moved to AZ from the NC mountains and in planning our move spent a great deal of time trying to figure out how to handle our water purification and treatment needs. There are lots of companies out there and each makes claims about being the best. The difference between Clear Water Concepts and the others is their honesty and high level of customer service. Starting with their helpful and easy to use website, continuing with their willingness to provide information and answer questions on the phone and via email, and through the easy and on-time installation, these guys are the best. Their pricing is very competitive and they continue to answer questions and provide help weeks after they installed our system. Oh, yeah - they are a Phoenix company but they made it work for us even though we are in the Tucson metro area. I wish all of our providers were this good!
