  • Today Angry Crab Shack displayed poor customer service. They closed two locations early w/o any notification to the public on their websites. We visited the Awatukee & Mesa locations & was greeted with a sign in the door. I understand that you wanted to appreciate your staff but your customers are the ones who support your employees. I watched several customers walk away. Better communication was needed. BTW it was my birthday, so you can say I was disappointed.
