| - Overall I had a good experience at 702 Nail Lounge. The staff was friendly and the stations were pretty clean. I was a walk-in for a acrylic fill, but still was seated immediately after I chose a color. One woman started on my nails by removing the polish and filing down the acrylic. She actually ended up going over the nail more twice. It didn't seem excessive at the time, but I suppose maybe my nails needed more sanding down. So after she finished, another woman, I'm guessing the owner, said that someone else would be doing the acrylic work.
After waiting (maybe 10 minutes?) I was seated elsewhere for my fill. I keep forgetting to ask for names, but the man who did my nails was absolutely wonderful--he was nice and easygoing. He really fixed up the coffin shape of the acrylic. It was much sharper and cleaner than it was previously. He even threw in a matte top coat since it was my first visit there.
In the end, I paid $25 plus tip for a fill. It's about $10 more than I'm used to for this service, but I left very happy with my nails. I did notice some dried acrylic on two of my fingers, but it came off after washing my hands and peeling it off. But again, I am very happy with my nails. And because it is very close to my home, I will definitely consider 702 Nail Lounge for my next fill.
