| - Loyalty means nothing.
I don't revel in following trends, but this is a time I won't argue with Yelpers who give bad reviews. Because I fully agree with them.
They keep raising their rates without justifying them. Sure, they have certain associates who call customers in order to try to calm them down, but it doesn't change the truth, which is that Cox has no idea what customers want.
I personally don't care about cable or LAN phones, and yet they keep trying to insist that I agree to it. What I really want is fast, reliable internet for a reasonable price, and no constant pressure to 'bundle'. It's like a variety pack of anything. There will always be at least that one item you wouldn't have even wanted on its own. Quit trying to treat us like we want and need everything offered to us.
And all these years, they still haven't figured that part out? In the industry of cable and internet, they are constantly trying to figure out breakthroughs to serve us better. But at what cost?
If you ever plan on saving money, being involved with Cox Communications in any form basically means you will never do that. Because they will take that money you work hard to save and stockpile that into some secret vault for building elephant and dinosaur statues out of hundred dollar bills.
Just continue giving me fast and reliable internet for a reasonable price, and that's it. NOTHING ELSE. I know what I want. Don't tell me what I should like.
