  • I never write reviews but I am shocked at the outcome of my pedicure today. I have been coming to this salon with my family for months now and have always been treated well, offered water, with perfect results, however, today was awful. Larry was the nail technician for my pedicure and he did a TERRIBLE job. My nails are extremely messy and uneven. He did not ask if I wanted him to cut my toe nails, he just did, resulting in many toe nails being shorter and uneven. I upgraded my pedicure to receive a sugar scrub and he barely left the sugar on for 2 minutes. On top of already being rude to me and cutting my nails unevenly, he then didn't cut my cuticles back! Literally everything you want for a pedicure he did terribly!! When I complained, I did get my money back for the upgraded sugar scrub, however, was not offered anything else. I called after leaving because I was so upset. I am a mother now and rarely do anything for myself so when I finally do find time to do something nice and the outcome is terrible, it does not sit well with me. I will be going back tomorrow to have someone else try to fix the mess Larry created.
