I want to start off by saying that I know this is an outlet and my expectations shouldn't be so high, but I'm pretty picky when it comes to customer service. If I receive good service, I will buy a product. If not, then I will surely walk out with nothing.
I love this Nike store because it has a huge selection. Definitely more options than you would get from any standard store. I'm very brand specific also and am very loyal to the Nike brand. All of my sneakers are Nike's. I have always loved the look and support that their shoes offer.
So with that being said, I normally order my shoes online, but I thought I'd give the physical store a chance. I found a pair of trainers that I loved. The first thing that kind of set me off was the price signage. They have retail price vs outlet pricing for comparison. The shoes I wanted retail for $75 and the outlet was selling them for the deal of the century right here: $74.99! I decided that saving a penny would be worth it and searched for my size to no avail. I searched for a sales associate to ask if they had any in back stock. They didn't, so I asked if the south outlet had any. She told me that they were showing in stock over there, but there's no guarantee. I rarely get negative service like this, esp from a brand such as Nike. Normally the associate would offer to call the other store to see if they truly have the product and put it on hold for me. You know, to make a sale. But sadly that didn't happen.
So I walked out of the store with nothing and ended up ordering online from another store. Would definitely return for the selection and variety, but not for the customer service.
