rev:text	BUYER BEWARE!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! These guys are nothing more than scam artist. Their sales pitch sounds good and they will convince you their products are top of the line. Nothing could be further from the truth. This water softener is an over priced piece of garbage! It has not lived up to any thing we were promised. They also fail to tell you that you are required to pay them $150.00 a year for them to service it. This is to maintain the warranty. Something else they fail to share with you when they are trying to convince you of this great offer they're giving you, is in order for your unit to be replaced with the warranty, it will cost you several hundreds of dollars. Oh and hopefully you have no problem with your unit, because good luck getting them to call you back. If you're lucky enough to talk to someone the first response you will get is to blame the water coming from your water company, tell you it's your pipes or give you the option of paying them more money to come out and look at the crap they've sold you. They offer the worst, the most piss poor customer support I've ever dealt with. They unload their garbage on you along with a bunch of worthless cleaning products, take your money and want nothing else to do with you. Oh except for when it's time for them to collect their $150.00 service fee. Do yourself a favor and go to a company that stands behind the products they sell...like Costco. By the way this is not just my own personal experience. I have a family member that purchased a unit at the same time and is deeply regretting this purchase too. They couldn't be more disgusted or disappointed with this expensive worthless piece of garbage.
