  • The ONLY reason this location is getting even 3 stars is because I love chipotle and the food is always up to par with what I expect from Chipotle. Aside from that, this location is awful. The staff is extremely unprofessional. There have been more occasions than not where there is hardly any line whatsoever and I still waited for way longer than necessary for my food. The staff shows no sense of urgency when preparing my food, and are more concerned with joking around with each other than making the food. One joke made from one employee to another involved not following the regulations there....not something I want to hear from the people making my food. This evening when I went in, it took me almost 15 minutes to get my food with only two people in front of me in line. As I was paying this evening, the cashier basically threw the food at me after I paid. This location would be great, but the staff ruins the experience for sure.
