  • Overall, I was left unimpressed by this buffet. The good: They had scored snow crab legs so you could just slide the legs off the meat. The dessert section had a ton of selections, although I couldn't get a fruit tart because I didn't want to contort myself under the glass overhang to reach the tarts all the way at the back of the counter. The prime rib was good. The spring rolls in the Asian section were delicious. I also liked that the buffet was separated from the main casino. You go down an escalator to a lower level, so you don't have to smell the smoke that seems to permeate all Vegas casinos. The not-so-good: Their salad section is really sad. On one side, I saw heads of iceberg lettuce chopped into quarters. That was literally all they had for salad. I found another salad section on the other side and got excited before seeing that the salad toppings were extremely limited. All they had was cheese, mushrooms, and croutons. No peas, no chopped ham, no bacon bits, no chopped eggs, nothing. I can make a better salad at Golden Corral. There were really only five options in each section. No spaghetti in the Italian section, and the lasagna had one layer of noodle on the bottom, a chunk of ground beef in the middle, and another layer of noodle on top with some marinara sauce. I was disappointed. I am not a picky eater and we went to this buffet with kids, so I wasn't expecting gourmet food. I think the horrible salad section and the lack of decent Italian food was just too much for me.
