  • Called in for Customer Service, was immediately put on ignore without a greeting, when she did answer with only a yes & I asked if they carried the odd thing I was looking for. ..she replied yes, when I asked are you sure. ..she hung up. When I called back AND finally reached the SM, he just said they were too busy. BUT not too busy to take in money just hire enough people? NEVER an I'm sorry for your experience. That's ok, this location is sssoooo busy it doesn't need OR want my business n money...guessn' that's the same for all.
