  • We had brunch here on vacation. We both ordered the ultimate breakfast. 2 eggs, bacon, homestyle potatoes and 3 pancakes. I had scrambled and my husband had over easy. The scrambled were fine but the over easy were overcooked. No runny yolk at all. Bacon and potatoes were good but cold. The pancakes were hands down the worst ever. They were cold, hard as a rock and sponge like. We tried cutting them with a knife and it was impossible. We ended up not eating them. I've had microwavable pancakes with more texture and flavor. Disappointing for a $21 A piece breakfast. Terrible slow service. The cafe wasn't even busy and it took forever to get cold food. The fact that it wasn't busy, in the main entry from Mandalay Bay to the restaurants, should have tipped us off that this was not the best choice.
