  • 5+ stars!!! Hands down one of the most pleasant interactions I've had for work done in my home. I am a extremely diligent about research and where I spend my money. I researched the competitor products of Costco and Amazon thoroughly (Be sure to watch the Overhead Racks of Phoenix stress test YouTube video...I was sold immediately). The only issue was that I live 2 hours away. To my surprise, Charlie (President Owner) promptly returned my call and said "yes!" he'd drive 2 hours to Tucson for installation. His availability and communication prior to the installation visit were top notch. Day of installation: Charlie showed up on time and was ready to go. He made valuable inputs and ensured overhead racks were hung in the most secure garage location, that they were aesthetically pleasing, that they maximized use of "dead space", and that they did not impede my garage door. I originally planned for two 4' x 8' racks above the garage door and I was so impressed with the Topp Rax product, I asked Charlie to install a third 4' x 4' rack in a separate area. Bottom Line: you will get top level installation, saving you time and frustration along with superior load-bearing racks...all while paying less of your hard earned $.
