  • One of my clients referred this place to us to have documents at storage shredded. After making an appointment last week, we called to confirm last night (which should be their job) and were told that everything was set for 8:30 a.m. The owner went to meet them there and they didn't show up. They rescheduled for noon at a "discounted rate." Again, they didn't show up and tried to reschedule for 1:30. What kind of shitty business practice is that?!
