  • Worst experience getting a car. Never use these guys again. I waited in line over an hour just to get to the front of the line. First I thought they were under staffed. Problem was they didn't have any cars. Customers were waiting at counter until a car was returned and cleaned. Poor communication. One employee announced after about 45 minutes in line that it takes 5 minutes to check out a car and 15 minutes to clean one. I kept having flashbacks to the Seinfeld episode where he goes to pick up the car, and they are all out. So he goes on to explain what a reservation is. Guy at the counter was ok, but there is nothing acceptable about waiting that long. My Brother in law rented from another company and was out in 10 minutes. It wasn't even a big brand, a company I never heard of. Budget has earned its overall 1 1/2 star rating.
