  • The kids are about as bad as the roaches. The apartments are very tacky and cheaply renovated. They raise your rent every few months to provide "great service" yet nothing changes on their end. Same bitter bitch in the office. Same half ass Mexican maintenance guys. Take your 900-1000 bucks somewhere else where there aren't junkies and hood rats all over the place.
