  • I visit Springbank Cheese only on special occasions, since as others have mentioned, it's costly. On the plus side, they have a gigantic amount of product to choose from, cheeses you won't find anywhere else. The staff are friendly and seem to have an endless amount of knowledge on all the different items they carry. It's perfectly situated between Cobbs Bread and Willow Park Wines. :)
