This is the first buffet I have been to in a long time, and to be honest, I was pleasantly surprised with the food. Three stars may be slightly generous but I felt like two stars would be doing the restaurant a disservice. There were two specialty counters in the back of the food area with a prep chef; one for pho and one for Mongolian barbecue. The food I tasted seemed fresh for the most part. My favorite was the seafood surprise entree and the hot and sour soup. While I did try many other options, none are very much worth mentioning. If I'm in the mood for buffet, I'll come back; but I don't anticipate being a regular.
